We are hiring for an ETL Ops Lead with 8+ years of experience in managing 24x7 ETL Production Support Operations.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Manage 24x7 ETL production support operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA for ETL/data pipeline failures.
• Monitor job failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and drive service improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge management, SOP reviews, and KEDB creation/maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and dashboard/report creation.
• Optimize SQL and PySpark scripts.
• Prepare and present governance reports covering SLA compliance, incident trends, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Mentor support team members and manage shift planning/workload distribution.
• Identify automation opportunities using Python/scripting to improve operational efficiency.
