🎯 Your main goal will be to win and grow Enterprise customers by becoming the trusted partner of technical teams and their leaders.

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering US Central (Texas and Colorado), you will own a territory of larger organisations and drive complex deals from first conversation to signature:

GENERATE NEW-LOGO PIPELINE

• Build and execute account plans for named Enterprise accounts with 1,001 to 5,000 employees.

• Run outbound campaigns that open doors with CTOs, engineering leaders and platform teams.

• Turn community adoption and inbound signals into structured enterprise opportunities.

LEAD COMPLEX, MULTI-STAKEHOLDER DEALS

• Run deep discovery, quantify business impact and build a business case with your champions.

• Map decision makers across engineering, IT, security and procurement and keep every thread alive.

• Partner with Solutions Engineers on technical evaluations and proofs of concept.

CLOSE AND EXPAND

• Own the sales cycle through security, legal and procurement reviews, typically over two to four months.

• Negotiate with confidence and keep clear commercial control of next steps.

• Hand over to Customer Success and plan expansion across teams and use cases.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

• 🏢 Enterprise SaaS sales: You have sold B2B SaaS into organisations of roughly 1,001 to 5,000 employees and can explain customer size, deal complexity and cycle length.

• 🧑‍💻 Technical buyers: You have sold to developers, engineers, CTOs, CIOs and DevOps or platform teams, and you explain complex products without leaning on a Solutions Engineer.

• 🧩 Complex deals: You have run multi-stakeholder cycles of two to four months and closed meaningful deals in organisations of 1,001 to 5,000 employees.

• 🎯 New-logo hunter: You generate your own pipeline through outbound and win new customers rather than living off expansion or inbound.

• 📈 Track record: You have consistently hit or exceeded quota over the past two to three years.

• 🧭 Structured selling: You use a structured methodology (MEDDPICC or similar is a plus) and navigate technical evaluations, procurement, legal and security reviews.

• 📍 Location: You are based in Texas or Colorado and you already have the right to work in the US. This role covers the US Central territory and involves regular travel to customers in the region.

Nice-to-haves

• 🛠️ Technical product background: You have sold developer tools, cloud infrastructure, data, AI or automation platforms.

• 🚀 Startup or open-source exposure: You have worked at an open-source, product-led or Series A to C company.

• 🤝 Technical network: You already know engineering and IT leaders in your territory.

Why join us?

You will win Enterprise customers with a product technical teams already love, and you will help define how we sell to larger organisations as the segment takes shape. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Partnerships and Product, so your voice carries weight. n8n is growing at an exceptional pace, backed by a vibrant community and a remote-first culture built on autonomy, experimentation and high talent density.
