About the Role

MYWHY Consultants is looking for a HR Intern to join our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, candidate coordination, sourcing, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, documentation, and joining.
• Support recruiters in managing daily hiring targets and closures.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
