• Support Brand & Marketing Planning: Help organize campaign plans, briefs and timelines so the team stays on track.
• Execute Campaigns: Help launch campaigns across our platform and channels, making sure assets go live on time and as planned.
• Support Agencies, Partners & Affiliates: Help manage incoming requests from external partners, keep tasks moving, and handle day-to-day operational details.
• Review Creative Assets: Check creative before launch for brand standards, specs and accuracy, and flag anything that needs a fix.
• Monitor Live Content: Watch creator and partner livestreams to confirm they run on schedule and stay on brand.
• Coordinate Creator Deliverables: Keep creators and streamers on track with posting timelines, follow up as needed, and log results.
• Take Meeting Notes: Capture notes and action items from team and partner meetings, and help follow up on next steps.
• Keep Files Organized: File documents and assets in the right place and help keep shared drives clean.
• Support Reporting: Help pull regular performance recaps and document recurring processes.

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Interest in gaming, streaming, and creator culture, and comfort working with creators, streamers, and agencies.
• Ability to manage many small requests at once, prioritize well, and follow through until tasks are done.
