Professional, Quality Data Analyst at MVP Health Care in Remote

The Quality Data Analyst will perform analyses to support operational workflows within the Health Care Quality Analytics team, focusing on enhancing health care delivery and building healthier communities. Responsibilities: - Participate in the execution of operational workflows and quality data deliverables - Conduct analysis of large data sets to support quality improvement initiatives, including gap analysis, process optimization, and patient engagement - Build reporting dashboards for the clinical quality team to track measures and initiatives - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through data quality control processes and procedures - Participate in the development of data governance policies, standards, and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices - Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational workflows, making recommendations for improvements and leading implementation efforts as necessary - Other duties as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Statistics, Economics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Epidemiology or related field - 1 years' experience in a business environment involving the analysis of financial or other large data sets.
