Responsibilities: - Collaboration with team leader, peers and key stakeholders across the organization - Research and query multiple data sources, manipulate large sets of data - Collaborate with key stakeholders to create data visualizations that are actionable, practical, and relevant - Identify and implement the most efficient solution for the business problem with forward thinking mindset to leverage automation and efficiency - Leverage AI, Machine Learning or Statistical software where appropriate to advance analytics - Validation of data, data models, and reporting for accuracy and soundness - Actively seek to draw inferences from the data to drive actionable insights/strategic discussions - Actively seek to understand the why and how to add value to business request vs. just doing the request - Actively challenge the status quo and find a better way - Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer - Other duties as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (junior year or higher) or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field - Working knowledge of, and experience with, Structured Query Language (SQL) - Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau; QuickSight preferred - Excel skills to include entering and editing complex formulas, filtering lists, and sorting ranges - Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products - Ability to gather business requirements and translate then into actionable reporting and/or visuals - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - QuickSight Required Skills: SQL, Data visualization tools Important Skills: Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Microsoft Suite, QuickSight Benefits: Build Real Skills, Work on Impactful Projects, Grow Your Network, Learn from Mentors, Give Back, Support Your Well‑Being, Launch Your Career
