The role involves a one-month virtual classroom experience followed by a 12-month development program focused on sales fundamentals, compliance, and customer interactions.

- Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations
- After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success
- You'll participate in weekly skill-building sessions, receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions
