They are seeking a Performance Analytics Intern responsible for supporting organizational performance through improvement activities and facilitating the development of leaders within the organization. Responsibilities: - Supporting MHS organizational performance through facilitation and coordination of improvement activities - Contributing to developing MHS leaders and their ability to succeed in alignment with the MHS mission, vision, and key organizational priorities - Extending OE Consultant capacity - Handling day-to-day work assignments and performance management in coordination with OE Consultant Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program - Upper division coursework towards Bachelors' degree in relevant subject matter (e.g. Process Improvement, Operations Management, Quality, Supply Chain) - Facilitation/performance improvement experience (class projects, work experiences) or training Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of change management models and concepts preferred - Training, coursework or experience facilitating problem solving work sessions, or experience working in a corporate environment where these tools and methods were used preferred - Experience working in corporate environment preferred Required Skills: Process Improvement, Operations Management, Quality Important Skills: Supply Chain, Facilitation Experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Change Management Knowledge, Problem Solving Facilitation, Corporate Environment Experience Benefits: Competitive tuition assistance, Generous PTO, Code Lavender, Employee Assistance Programs
