Mugshei Pvt Ltd is hiring confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Professionals for our USA-based Inbound Sales Campaign.

You’ll be handling warm/inbound leads from potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting the right packaging & printing solutions, and converting qualified prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries from USA clients

• Convert warm leads into successful sales
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build strong customer relationships
• Follow up with potential clients when required
• Negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication & client-handling skills
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Sales-oriented and target-driven personality
• Previous experience in international sales, BPO, telesales, or business development is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome
