Job Description
Summary: MSIG USA is the US-based subsidiary of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc., a leading global insurer. They are seeking an Internal Audit Intern to gain valuable experience in risk management, operations, and financial controls while supporting the Internal Audit team in ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Help perform audits by analyzing data, reviewing processes, and assessing the company’s operations to make sure everything is in line with internal controls and regulations
- Learn to identify gaps in processes and recommend solutions that will help the business operate more efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations that reflect audit findings and communicate them to different departments
- Stay up-to-date with regulations and best practices by learning from industry experts and engaging in continuous learning
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good with numbers and interested in understanding how businesses operate
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
