- Exposure to agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, or RAG architectures
- Experience with data analysis, quantitative methods, or statistical modeling
- Familiarity with financial markets, capital markets research
- Prior internship, research project, or coursework at the intersection of AI and a domain application (finance, policy, climate, etc.)
- Intellectually curious with a bias toward building and experimentation
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, research-oriented environment with significant autonomy
Required Skills: Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, API integration, Data analysis, Quantitative methods, Statistical modeling, Large data-set handling, Multi-agent systems, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Financial markets knowledge, Capital markets research, Intellectual curiosity
