What you will be doing
Perform repairs/improvements to the facility such as painting, plumbing, minor electrical, ceiling tiles, flooring, concrete, office cubicles, lighting, storage racks, drywall, emergency lighting, and common grounds.
Have a basic knowledge of HVAC up to 20 tons, plumbing, and electrical systems up to 480V.
Repairs such as crossing gates, pallet racks, minor roofing, gutters, doors, windows, and large fans.
Perform preventative and planned maintenance on certain types of equipment.
Verify and assist in getting repairs completed on large compressors up to 300HP. Process the oily water from the separators be able to assist on keeping compressors running.
Ability to use cutting equipment such as oxy/acetylene torches.
Basic knowledge of waste-water control systems, reverse osmosis systems and process management.
Ability to provide safe lifting operations using rigging equipment, air hoist and cranes
Assist general maintenance functions, including pickup and delivery of equipment, parts, material.
Stock parts in satellite storage areas. Fill out logistical type forms and keep an inventory.
Maintain and organize storage areas used by several departments.
Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures, confined space training, wear proper protective equipment.
