To ensure accurate movement of dispatch stock, through monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments.

• In this role, you will help ensure that products are received, tracked, dispatched, and delivered accurately while working closely with internal teams, couriers, suppliers, and stores.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and coordinating the accurate movement of incoming and outgoing stock
• Preparing and distributing daily reports to provide accurate warehouse and stock information to the business.
• Processing and following up on outbound freight bookings (OBF), returns, and collections.
• Ensuring customer and business orders are accurately consigned and dispatched within required timelines.
• Managing reverse logistics processes, including the receipt and tracking of returned stock.
• Investigating and resolving dispatch, collection, and stock-related queries.
• Supporting month-end stock counts and reconciliation activities to ensure stock accuracy.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the mock shop and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Coordinating and managing cellular device distribution activities.
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, couriers, and stores to ensure business continuity and excellent service delivery.
• Assisting with process improvements to enhance stock control, distribution efficiency, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within a logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Exposure to a cellular, telecommunications, or device distribution environment (advantage).
• Exposure to stock management, warehouse, or distribution systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
