Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems or in a related HR technology role Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, solution design, and collaboration skills Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain system design and dependencies to business users Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Functional configuration experience with Workday Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience with "ServiceNow" along with HRSD and "Docebo" Learning Management System Project management experience, including leading initiatives through completion Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory practices Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance HR system workflows to support current and future business needs, including process automation to improve user experience Document and deliver test results, technical documentation, and functional demonstrations for business approval Ensure data integrity, security controls, audit support, and appropriate end‑user access across HR platforms Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology partners to improve system performance and data quality Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and operational activities Mentor and support team members as needed Mr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
