Mow N Snow LLC is hiring a reliable crew member for the rest of mowing season, fall cleanups, and winter snow removal. Strong performers get first shot at running their own route with bonus pay next spring.

Pay by Season

• Mowing (now – mid-October): $18–$19/hr, based on experience
• Fall Cleanups (mid-October – November): $20-$22/hr
• Snow Removal (winter): $24/hr
• Spring 2027 Solo Routes: $20/hr base + per-property bonus. Top techs earn $25–$28/hr.

Paid every two weeks. Season dates are approximate and depend on the weather.

What You'll Do

• Mowing: Mow, trim, and blow properties alongside the crew
• Fall Cleanups: Leaf removal, bed cleanouts, and end-of-season property work on a two-person crew
• Snow Removal: Shovel and snowblow walks, entries, and stairs at commercial, apartment, and residential properties

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 8–10 hour days
• Report to the shop at 7:30 AM
• Friday is held for rain makeup days
• Paid 30-minute lunch
• Winter: Hours follow the snow. Storm days mean long shifts, including overnights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Dry stretches mean lighter hours.

What We're Looking For

• You show up. On time, every scheduled day. This is the #1 thing we look at when choosing who gets a solo route in spring.
• You work hard and want to learn. Experience is a plus but not required.
• You can handle the outdoors, from summer heat to below-zero mornings on a shovel.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, plus reliable transportation to the shop.
• You want steady work into next year, not just a few weeks of cash.
