We are looking for a focused Junior Business Analyst to join our in-house Digital Transformation team to assist us in continuing to achieve great things. If successful, you will play an integral part in some of our largest projects supporting automation within the business and dealing with all thing’s technology.

Building knowledge of the business, its products, processes and standard operating procedures
Assisting with the project start up and initiation phases to help identify and document project objectives and benefits
Eliciting, validating and documenting business requirements for various IT products
Designing and recommending improvements to new and existing processes and systems
Producing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps
Creating wireframes and mock-ups to support the business requirements
Liaising with business SMEs and 3rd party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet projects objectives and deliver the best user experience
Raising potential project risks, issues and blockers
Collaborating with the wider project team members and providing support when required (including solution designing, testing, training, support etc.)
Assist with triaging and validating bugs
Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and project retrospectives, both in products and BA techniques
qualifications
Minimum 1 years Previous experience of working within an IT project team or similar - essential
BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (or equivalent) - desirable
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft core products
Knowledge of requirements eliciting techniques and project delivery methodologies (agile and waterfall) – desirable
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail
High-level of creativity, adaptability and persistence
