Summary: Motion provides internships that offer hands-on experience to develop sales, communication, and business acumen skills. The Engineering Intern will build relationships with customers, gain industry knowledge, and participate in cross-functional meetings while receiving continuous training and feedback throughout the internship. Responsibilities: - Develops professional skills through on-the-job learning, technical training and leadership exposure - Develops the ability to build relationships with customers at varying levels of seniority - Develops an understanding of what each department does within the organization through cross functional meetings and information sessions - Develops industry knowledge through product training - Presents a report out presentation describing the internship experience - Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Typically requires an undergraduate student working towards a bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study with an interest in a Mechanical or Electrical engineering career - Ability to commit to a 10-12 Week summer program - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Desire to learn - Strong analytical and problem solving skills Important Skills: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Analytical Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Desire to Learn
