The Analyst Intern will support all phases of investing, including due diligence, evaluation, execution, monitoring, and managing portfolio investments in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Screen investment opportunities, support diligence processes and evaluate critical components of potential investments - Construct and review detailed financial and operating models - Conduct research and analysis on industry dynamics, competitive profiles, target profiling, etc. to support deal opportunities - Support investment professionals with business development efforts - Compose internal deal memorandums, term sheets and letters of intent - Assist portfolio companies with financial and operating analyses as needed to achieve their growth objectives Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree, sophomore standing preferred - Strong academic achievement - Mature, professional candidate who is a self-starter - Strong work ethic, positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role - Excellent financial modeling, Excel and Powerpoint skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of and/or passion for using investing to engender beneficial impact - Comfort with a small, fast-paced organization with an emphasis on teamwork, humility, stewardship and a commitment to doing the better thing Required Skills: Financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint Nice-to-Have Skills: Process orientation, Passion for impact investing
