We are looking for a media literacy specialist to help our members navigate the complexities of the modern information landscape. This role is perfect for a journalism-minded professional or news literacy enthusiast who can translate complex concepts into succinct, down-to-earth content. As an independent and self-motivated worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community remains well-informed and resilient against misinformation.

The ideal candidate has a background in news literacy and a genuine interest in politics and current events. You should be comfortable moving between back-end database management and front-facing content creation — including writing for social media and appearing on camera as needed. Above all, you must be committed to MWEG’s unique mission of nonpartisan peacemaking and ethical governance.
