Responsibilities:

• Assist with small repairs

• Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues

• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment

• Assist with repair or replacement of faulty parts, components, or systems

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Knowledge on working on asphalt equipment( sealcoat, striping, crack seal, paving) a plus

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Desire to learn

• Clean and organize the yard and shop

• Assist with part ordering
