SALES ASSISTANT Sales Assistant (BMW Genius) – BMW of South Miami Join the team at BMW of South Miami and help create an exceptional customer experience while representing one of the world's most iconic automotive brands. POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT (BMW GENIUS) Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and luxury vehicles? We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic BMW Genius to assist our sales team and provide customers with an outstanding vehicle delivery and ownership experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom. • Demonstrate BMW vehicle features, technology, and connected services. • Conduct vehicle deliveries and explain vehicle functions to new owners. • Support the sales team throughout the sales process. • Assist customers with BMW apps, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and vehicle settings. • Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless ownership experience. • Stay up to date on BMW products, features, and technology. • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. • Strong technology and computer skills. • Ability to learn and explain technical information in a simple way. • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others. • Automotive experience is a plus but not required. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
