Internship: Business Operations (Part-Time/Seasonal)

Summary: Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country, and they are seeking a Business Operations Intern to provide administrative and analytical support. This role will assist with revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, and partnership development across the enterprise. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and collateral - Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify potential growth areas - Collaborate with internal teams to implement revenue-generating initiatives - Support the planning and execution of company events and promotions - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts - Assist in fulfilling various contracted assets - Work home games, client receptions, and other special events - Work closely with the Business Operations office to provide administrative support as needed - Assist staff with general day-to-day operations as well as administrative duties for Monumental’s Premium Concierge program - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Current undergraduate or graduate student - Adaptable and able to problem solve in pressure situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with other internal departments and clients - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Able and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. boxes - Reliable transportation and housing - Flexibility to attend events that occur outside normal business hours - Dedicated, hard-working, punctual, dependable and a great teammate Required Skills: Analytical thinking, Dependability, Punctuality
