We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our wireless brand and engage with customers in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our Clients and possess the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This role involves promoting our brand through in-person interactions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, in-person to promote our brand and new promotions that become available.
- Conduct presentations to educate potential customers about features and benefits.
- Collect data on customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain a positive brand image while effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Stay well informed about product knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in product demos is a plus, showcasing your ability to present information clearly.
