Summary: Montage International is a company dedicated to creating authentic, personalized experiences for its guests. They are seeking a Corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern to support key CRM initiatives, including data validation and hotel-driven projects, while assisting with quality assurance testing and CRM platform management. Responsibilities: - Assist with CRM platform testing and profile management - Assist with quality assurance testing of the Montage Mobile App, helping to identify issues, validate functionality, and ensure a seamless guest experience in advance of the summer guest launch - Attend weekly third-party project vendor calls - Support CRM roadmap delivery in partnership with Revenue Management, IT, Sales & Marketing and L&D - Support strategic initiatives (such as database health quality) that elevate the golden guest profile framework across hotels - Complete UAT testing as required Required Qualifications: - High school or equivalent education required - Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, math skills as well as financial analysis capabilities required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated and detail oriented; a problem solver and project manager - Quick learner with the ability to multi-task - Demonstrated commitment to maintain high level of confidentiality - You are passionate about Information Technology - You are passionate about the associate experience - You are open to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same - You are trustworthy and have integrity - Must be able to sit at a desk for up to five (5) hours per day - Walking and standing are required, and length of time may vary - Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates; use of these senses will occur on a constant basis - Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications: - Previous hospitality experience and current hospitality discipline preferred Required Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Excel, Financial analysis, Quality assurance testing, User acceptance testing (UAT) Benefits: 20 hours per week, flexible based on business needs, Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law, Job applicants with disabilities who need assistance or accommodation in order to apply for a position (or their representative) should contact the People department directly at your preferred location, In the United States we are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V, We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
