Our vision

Our vision is to combine passion, expertise, and technology to provide best-in-class investment solutions and advice that protects and grows client wealth over time.

Our Core Values:

We’ve built our business on three Principles:

• Relationships are our first asset: We’re one team, built on trust, honesty, and transparency. We value our relationships above all else.
• Trust drives success: We give each other the space to grow. We empower our employees to succeed, so they can make a real impact.
• Our customers dream big, just like us: We see the bigger picture and we make sure our customers see it, too. We’re always focused on the best outcomes for our clients and for each other, no matter what the goal, or how big the dream

What this means in practice:

At Moneyfarm, our success comes from the impact each of us makes. We move with purpose, urgency, and ambition, focused on delivering outcomes that matter for our clients and our business. Everyone is empowered to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and turn bold ideas into results. As we evolve, we embrace AI as a catalyst for sharper thinking, smarter decisions, and even greater impact.

Our diversity makes this possible. Different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences fuel our creativity and drive better decisions — it’s our competitive edge. We value people for who they are and their unique strengths: that's why we offer flexible ways of working to support them in doing their best work.

About the role

We're looking for a Wealth Manager (Level 4 IAD in Financial Planning & Advice, or equivalent) to join our dedicated Wealth Management Team focused on the Private Segment (customers with investments of £100k+).

In this role, you'll be part of a team responsible for providing guidance and building strong relationships with our premium clients, all through remote channels like telephone, video call, chat, and email. Your main goal will be to accompany clients throughout their investment journey, helping them navigate their financial decisions effectively. You will also conduct portfolio reviews and use cashflow modelling tools to build plans and help your customers make sense of the financial plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be part of the Private Wealth Management Team, responsible for collaboratively managing and growing the assets of our clients. This involves actively engaging with both new and existing clients through email, phone, and video calls to nurture their portfolios and ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.
• Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact.
• Act proactively to engage with the client base and achieve agreed-upon targets while maintaining high quality.
• Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact.
• Use the cashflow modelling tool Cashcalc to prepare cash flows for your clients.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, analysing performance and taking into account asset breakdown and diversification given the selected level of risk.

As you grow in seniority within the team, further responsibilities include:

- Working closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience.
- Involvement in content and other business projects within Moneyfarm.

- University degree.
- Must have a Level 4 qualification (IAD in FP&A with CISI, CII, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in a financial services company, either as an adviser or working in a paraplanning role. This role is also a natural next step for paraplanners who hold (or are close to completing) their Level 4 qualification and are looking to progress into a client-facing Wealth Manager position.
- Strong interest in commercial activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong customer orientation attitude.
