Job Summary:
We areseekinga dynamic and strategic Brand Manager – Oreo Cake to lead the evolution of Oreo’s long-shelf-life cake portfolio in China. This role will be central to shaping the future of the category — from product innovation and go-to-market strategy to consumer engagement and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate brand builder with deep consumer insight, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a proventrack recordin driving growth in FMCG categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation & Product Development
Lead consumer insights-driven innovation toidentifyhigh-potentiallong-shelf-lifecake & bakeryopportunities that align with Oreo’s brand equity.
Partner closely with R&D and product teams to develop, test, and launch new formats through full-cycle consumer validation.
Build and manage a 3-year innovation pipeline with clear growth milestones and commercialization roadmap.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to growlong-shelf-life cakemarket share and strengthen brand relevance.
Set annual businessobjectivesand KPIs aligned with overall brand and category goals.
Identifyandleverageemerging trends and market gaps to expand the Oreo consumer base and drive occasion-based consumption.
IMC Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, and experiential platforms.
Collaborate with creative, shopper marketing, connection planning, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
Marketing Operations & Performance
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuringoptimalresource allocation and ROI.
Provide regular reports on financial outcomes, consumer response, and strategic progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, ora relatedfield.
Proven experience (at least 4years) in brand management, preferably in food & beverage industries.
Strong understanding of consumer-driven marketing.
Excellent project management, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
Passion for brands, innovation, and creating unique consumer experiences.
