Gatewood Apartments, A 120-unit property is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot, repair, and keep a property running smoothly.

You’ll handle everything from resident service requests and apartment turns to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property repairs. If you take pride in doing quality work and want a company that promotes from within, we’d like to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

• $25.00–$27.00/HR DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshooting
• Turn/make-ready apartments
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and water heaters
• Handle drywall, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Keep tools and work areas organized
• Participate in rotating on-call — approximately 1 week every 2 weeks

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Monday–Friday availability, 8AM–4:30PM plus on-call rotation
