Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary:

Molalla River Academy (MRA) is a public K–8 arts and science charter school dedicated to providing students with an exceptional and engaging educational experience. MRA utilizes thematic curriculum, project-based learning, and high academic standards to cultivate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

MRA is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative educator to serve as a long-term substitute teacher for our 7th/8th grade Science and 3rd-8th grade STEM program while also serving as the 8th grade homeroom teacher. The ideal candidate is passionate about middle school education, relationship-centered teaching, hands-on learning, and fostering a positive classroom culture.

Applicants must hold a current Oregon teaching license or appropriate substitute licensure and possess the appropriate endorsement(s) or experience to teach middle school science/STEM content.
