Summary Utilizing a shared decision-making model, the Directors of Clinical Research Operations are responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of personnel and infrastructure supporting clinical trials at the Cancer Center, including satellite operations. This includes direct oversight of Clinical Trials Office disease-based programs and clinical research units. The Directors provide oversight of clinical research operational activities that will enhance productivity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. The Directors will formulate, implement and interpret policies in conjunction with GCP, FDA, Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) guidelines and any other regulations and best practices. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall management and financial oversight of the assigned programs/cost centers, implementation of strategic plans regarding the development of outcome specific initiatives for clinical research activities, faculty/staff education and development, staff engagement and retention, clinical trial activation, study portfolio management, patient recruitment, clinical research compliance, performance and quality improvement, and operational efficiency.The Directors will work as a team to assure alignment in process, accountability and quality across programs.
Salary Range $148,884.49 - $223,476.24
