Summary As a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator (PASC) at the Moffitt Cancer Center, you are responsible for registering patients as they arrive for their visit and for scheduling any orders and appointments requested by the patient’s care team as patients depart within all clinics under direct supervisor. As part of these processes, you are responsible for gathering accurate information, explaining forms and policies, and answering questions from our patients. Focus on scheduling and communicating with patients for future appointments from request lists. Must be comfortable with medical terminology and thrive in an environment with many competing priorities and demands. This position provides administrative support responsibilities associated with one or more outpatient clinics. Is responsible for accurate appointment management and correct coordination of all administrative information between professional staff and the patient.
Salary Range $16.50 - $24.04
