Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed project reports including status updates, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
• Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes (high rise buildings), Mivan technology, real estate construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
