Summary: Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, and they are seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales goals while supporting store operations. Responsibilities: - Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs - Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business - Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy - Assist our leaders with store operations and duties - Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment) Required Qualifications: - Must be fluent in two or more languages.
