Summary: Mobile Health is a technology-driven market leader in occupational health and employment-related screening services across the United States. The Inbound Sales Representative drives business growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities, engaging employers, healthcare providers, and staffing agencies to promote occupational health services. The role conducts lead generation, makes product recommendations, and collaborates with internal teams on strategic sales and marketing approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Sell company products and services to new customers by phone or e-mail cold calling)
- Successfully navigate organizations to identify the appropriate decision maker representing Mobile Health in a professional manner, provide prospects with an overview of Mobile Health’s services and value propositions
- Conduct market research and use a variety of lead generating techniques to identify new leads within your market
- Work with internal resources to ensure that your current knowledge base is in line with current guidelines
- Make product recommendations depending on customer need
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Work with marketing in delivering messaging that promotes company products, services, and tools
- Appropriately communicate brand identity, expertise, and corporate position
- Ability to utilize communication techniques and methods that generate trust, collaboration, open two-way communication and a supportive work environment
- Demonstrates the ability to learn innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to stay abreast and move ahead in position/field
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
- Displays the ability to review related information and systematically work to identify the root cause of difficult problems. Capable of analyzing alternate approaches and developing practical solutions to solve complex problems
- Ability to behave in an honest, fair, and highly ethical manner. Shows consistency in words and actions
- Strong business process and service skills including giving and receiving feedback, active listening, conflict resolution, negotiation, group facilitation, delegation, coaching, influencing and visioning
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of occupational health a plus
- Ability to operate a keyboard and perform repetitive motion (keyboard), writing
- Ability to sit for extended periods; stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to ten (10) lbs
- Ability to express or exchange ideas to impart information to the public and to convey detailed instructions to staff accurately and quickly

- Must be able to travel outside the office and attend meetings during and after regular work hours
- Regular attendance is essential to perform this job
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in sales or related field
