Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid at MMG in New York, NY

Busy boutique law firm, trendy DUMBO location, seeks highly literate, motivated, organized, articulate individual with general liability experience.

Responsibilities:

Work under experienced attorneys Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information Maintain close contact with client Data input and electronic management of files Qualifications:

Experience as a paralegal in general liability Experience drafting legal documents Familiarity with legal research Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Preference given to candidates with billing experience. Requirements also include outstanding writing skills emphasizing clarity, persuasion and detail; ability to deliver under time constraints.
