Job Description
Summary: MPG Operations LLC is offering the Millennium Investment Internship Program, a 10-week summer experience for students interested in investing. Interns will receive training, work on projects within investment teams, and have the opportunity for full-time analyst roles after graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong foundation in valuation, accounting, and financial modeling through structured training and applied project work leveraging technology applications and approved AI assistants
- Learn how to analyze public companies by conducting fundamental research, and assessing business models
- Work with real market, industry, and alternative data to develop investment insights
- Work closely with coaches and mentors to deepen your analysis and refine your investment views
- Present findings and recommendations, sharpening your communication skills and investment judgment in a professional setting
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2027 and July 2028 with a GPA of 3.6 or above
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, investing, and analyzing companies or securities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers, data, and complex information
- Solid Excel skills and interest and/or experience in financial modeling; familiarity with other analytical or data tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear, logical arguments and investment views
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with a genuine passion for research and problem-solving
- Able to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment
- Tenacious, resourceful, and resilient, with strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the highest ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred degrees in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative/analytical fields
