The role involves designing state-of-the-art conveyors and conveyor systems, generating detailed models and documentation, and providing engineering support to sales and production teams. Responsibilities: - Designing and engineering equipment to precise specifications - Crafting comprehensive, accurate 3D models using Autodesk Inventor - Generating detailed assembly and fabrication drawings along with bills of material - Facilitating project readiness for order release from the engineering phase - Providing invaluable engineering and design support to our sales team as needed - Offering technical assistance to both our sales department and customers through various communication channels - Skillfully troubleshooting technical challenges, collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams - Creating comprehensive equipment manuals and essential project documentation Required Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering - Proficiency in 3D modeling software and a keen eye for detail - Exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Self-motivation with an ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen focus on responsibilities - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to convey technical concepts effectively - Be reliable, be willing and able to learn new things, be excited to work within a good group of engineers Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in designing automated machinery and conveyor systems - Understanding of the manufacturing process and familiarity with Visual Basic and automation controls - Knowledge of Electrical and Pneumatic systems Required Skills: Mechanical engineering, 3D modeling, Autodesk Inventor, Mechanical aptitude, Design of automated machinery, Conveyor systems, Manufacturing process, Visual Basic, Automation controls, Electrical systems, Pneumatic systems
