Job Description
- Scheduling appointments: Customer Follow up
- Communicating with customers: Being the first point of contact for service and addressing concerns or complaints
- Processing information: Receiving, verifying, and distributing information from inbound and outbound calls
- Managing customer databases: Updating and managing customer databases
- Cross train with service cashier office. Closing out repair orders and assisting the office if needed.
Service BDC representatives should have the following skills and qualities:
- Customer-oriented: Be able to establish rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Professional: Project a professional image through written communication and telephone interactions
Maintain a high level of productivity and self-direction
- Team-oriented: Have well-developed team member skills
- Computer-literate: Have a working knowledge of computerized software systems
