Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, and real estate financial operations. This role will play a key part in driving financial strategy, managing cash flow, supporting investments, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
Manage company cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, investments, acquisitions, and developments
Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analysis for new projects
Monitor project profitability, cost control, and financial performance
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
Support senior management with strategic financial decision-making
Oversee MIS reporting and present financial insights to management
Work closely with sales, operations, and development teams on financial planning
Improve internal financial controls and reporting systems
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CPA / ACCA / CMA / CFA qualification is preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance management within the real estate industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, and budgeting
Experience with real estate development finance and project feasibility analysis
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
UAE real estate market experience
Experience handling large-scale real estate projects or investment portfolios
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Fluent in English
