To support the achievement of the resort's revenue and brand objectives by assisting with sales activities, client relationship management, marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, digital marketing, and administrative functions. The role is responsible for generating business opportunities, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring effective coordination between sales, marketing, and operational teams.

1. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, media partners, and other key stakeholders.

2. Support sales initiatives, account management, site inspections, familiarization trips, trade shows, and sales calls.

3. Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media content, website updates, PR activities, and promotional materials

4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

5. Maintain client databases, sales records, contracts, and departmental reports.

6. Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics.

7. Work closely with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

8. Ensure all activities comply with brand standards, company policies, and approved budgets.
