• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication, documentation, and offer process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and daily hiring reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.
