Sales Manager-woodworking machine at MINGJIAN… · Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Dubai office and lead the sales of woodworking machinery across the UAE and regional markets.

Important Note: This position requires the candidate to have their own car with a valid UAE driving license. Applications without a car will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop B2B clients including furniture factories, joinery workshops, and contractors.

- Conduct on-site client visits to understand needs and recommend suitable machinery.

- Coordinate with the China headquarters and Sharjah showroom for sample testing and delivery.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory - applications without a car will not be considered).

- Fluent in English; Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus.

- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial/tools/machinery sector.

- Technical knowledge of woodworking machinery (saws, edge banders, etc.) is preferred.

- Existing client network in furniture/manufacturing industry is a big plus.

Probation & Compensation:

- 3-month probation period with clear performance evaluation criteria.

- Successful completion of the probation period leads to permanent employment confirmation.

- Compensation: AED 6,000 - 8,000/month + commission (1%-3% of sales).

- Fuel allowance: AED 1,000 - 1,500/month.
