Recruitment Coordinator at Minerva Defence in London, England, GB

We're growing fast - your job will be to make sure the hiring process doesn't slow us down.

Minerva Defence is one of the fastest-growing defence technology companies in Europe. We create the software, hardware and networking that make unmanned systems effective on the modern battlefield, all ideated, designed and manufactured end-to-end in the UK and in active use today. We are deliberately low-profile: a team of around 70, small in headcount and outsized in effect. We look for people who are not just talented but genuinely committed to the work, the team, and the purpose behind it.

You will coordinate recruitment across all open roles, supporting hiring managers from the point a vacancy opens through to a signed offer. Hiring is split between our London software team and the engineering and production teams on site in the West Midlands, so the role involves scheduling across very different working patterns. The work covers interview scheduling and candidate communication, offer paperwork and internal approvals, and keeping the applicant tracking system accurate. You will also support the wider People team on projects such as onboarding and HR systems.

• Eligible for UK SC clearance (UK citizen or 5+ years UK residency)

Preferred:

• Experience in a company hiring quickly across engineering and production
