Head of Finance at Mindstream in Doha

Mind Stream is hiring for our client, a major manpower solutions provider in Qatar, for a Head of Finance to lead finance across all group companies and operations.

Responsibilities:

- Own entity accounts, month-end close, consolidation and group reporting across all legal entities.

- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario analysis and systems improvement by entity, client, project and service line.

- Manage treasury, cash forecasting, payroll and WPS funding, reconciliation and segregation of duties.

- Produce profitability reporting by client, contract, project and worker category.

- Control cost, bill and recover food, accommodation and transportation against client contracts.

- Run invoicing, receivables ageing, dispute register and collections; maintain tax registrations, Dhareeba records, withholding tax, statutory audit and filings.

Requirements:

- Senior finance leadership experience across multi-entity group operations.

- Group consolidation and intercompany reconciliation expertise.

- WPS financial control and payroll financial control experience.

- Cash forecasting, treasury and receivables management capability.

- Dhareeba compliance, tax registrations, withholding tax and statutory filings knowledge.
