Our Core Values – The 5 Pillars
At Mind+ Neurology, we live by five core values that guide how we care for patients, support teammates, and show up every day. These values are central to our culture and are used to align expectations and measure ongoing employee performance.

2. Own the Score We focus on outcomes rather than just effort. We take ownership, stay accountable, and continuously learn and improve to deliver results for our patients and team.
3. Trust and Be Trusted We build trust through honesty, consistency, respect, and follow-through. We own our actions, communicate openly, and support one another with accountability and respect.
4. Bring the Weather We bring a positive, solution-oriented presence to every situation. We stay calm and kind under pressure, helping to reset the mood and uplift patients and teammates.
5. Choose Joy We actively create moments of connection, lightness, and celebration. We contribute to a welcoming and positive culture for both patients and team members.
