Lead project and supplier kickoffs to align scope, customer requirements, technical/documentation needs, inspection and test requirements, milestones, logistics, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
Help identify project risks, schedule gaps, documentation issues, or quality concerns and escalate them in a timely manner.

Prepare regular project updates for the Program Manager and internal stakeholders, including status, risks, next steps, and required decisions.
Provide concise customer and leadership updates focused on what changed, current risks, required actions, ownership, due dates, and decisions needed.
Assist with product and process validation activities, including inspections, certifications, quality documentation, and shipment paperwork.
Maintain visibility to upcoming demand and capacity by supplier and product family; identify potential conflicts and support supplier qualification, scorecards, business reviews, and development actions.
Contribute to process improvement efforts that strengthen project execution, customer responsiveness, and cross-functional alignment.
