The Deployed Reentry Production Program Manager Sr Stf is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery of components and assemblies that support the Navy Reentry Body portfolio. This role will report to the Deployed Reentry Production Senior Program Manager.
Develop and execute program plans, driving program performance and meeting contractual commitments
Collaborate across engineering and manufacturing with contract program managers through the full contract lifecycle from proposal to delivery
Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual objectives are achieved
Ensure establishment of milestones, proactively manage master schedules, utilize active risk management practices to identify future potential problems and develop solutions
Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and help needed across the enterprise and up through executive leadership, both internal and external.

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
