What You’ll Do

Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members
Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence
Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions
Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources
Act as a first responder during plant emergencies
Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
