We are seeking an experienced Final Factory Test Engineer with experience in TestStand and benchtop testers to join our team. As a Final Factory Test Engineer in this position, the candidate would work with various types of functional testing tools to test and debug failures and defects the backend and be a Subject Matter Expert within the group.
In this Final Factory Test Engineer position, you will make impacts in the following ways:
Support the testing, measuring, and troubleshooting of complex electronic circuit card assemblies, systems, modules, and sub-assemblies using specialized equipment to analyze signal strength, interference, and other relevant parameters
Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment to ensure the ongoing functionality of the equipment
Generate and review the technical content of test procedures, drawings, engineering specifications, reports, Engineering Change Orders, and other documentation
Assist in Monitor Quality data for trends and outliers and report regularly to the team
Generate and implement improvements in test design and develop methodologies to reduce cost, increase yield, and improve throughput
Create rework plans for test non-conformances
Interface with Engineering, Quality, and other supporting functions to drive defect resolution to root cause. Interface with governmental customers, auditors, and suppliers as required
Identify, Create, and Implement Engineering Change Orders on products as required
Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel
Assist in the support relocation of test equipment between manufacturing sites and lead transition to production
