The Business Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and financial support for residency and fellowship programs. Supports the day-to-day operations of graduate medical education programs, including resident onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of trainee files and records, MedHub data management and tracking, interview season planning and scheduling, and coordination of program activities. Works closely with program leadership, faculty, trainees, and institutional departments to ensure efficient program operations, accurate recordkeeping, timely communication, and a positive training experience for residents and fellows.
