About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will help develop and execute high-quality visual assets across various retail and branding initiatives. We operate in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, frequently juggling projects ranging from product packaging and promotional materials to digital assets and store signage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for retail environments, promotional campaigns, and brand identity projects.

• Seamlessly pivot between multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Ensure all artwork and brand assets are organized, meticulously detailed, and formatted correctly for print or digital use.

• Collaborate effectively to bring brand visions to life from concept to final execution.

Requirements:

• Adobe Suite Expertise: Must be highly savvy in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Relevant Portfolio: Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing previous branding and retail design work.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to jump around multiple projects and manage time efficiently.

• Self-Starter: Highly self-organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Industry Bonus: Previous design experience in the cannabis industry is a huge plus, but not strictly necessary to apply.
